ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

STEP 1

 

  • Create an account with your email address. Remember to confirm your email address by following the instructions in the email you receive upon signing up.

  • If you have already attended another Rosey Camps in 2018 or after, please sign into your account with the same login details.

  • If you have forgotten your password, you will be able to reset it.

*Please note that a scan of the student’s first passport page will be required in order to submit the application form.

STEP 2

 

Upon receipt of the application form, we will inform you whether places remain available at the camp(s) chosen. You will then receive an application fee invoice of CHF 1,000.- per child which allows us to proceed with your application.

STEP 3

 

Upon receipt of the application fee, we will then send you written confirmation along with:

  • the invoice for the camp (including the pocket money); should you wish to confirm your child’s place, we kindly request that you settle the invoice within 30 days of the billing date.

  • general information on the camp (rules, clothing list, etc.).

  • the arrival/departure form to be completed and returned prior to the start of camp.

  • the health questionnaire to be signed by your family doctor and returned prior to the start of camp.

CANCELLATION & REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS

​

  • Régent Camps does not offer cancellation insurance. We strongly recommend that parents verify that their insurance can cover refund for cancellation before start of the camp or in case of early departure from the camp.

  • If a participant is expelled for disciplinary reasons, or leaves before the end of the camp, no fees will be reimbursed.

  • The application fee of CHF 1,000 is non-refundable and non-transferable.


Up to 30 days before the start date of the camp:

  • Refund of 50% of camp fees (excluding application fee).

  • Full refund of pocket money.
     

Between 30 days and the start date of the camp:

  • Full amount (application and camp fees) is retained.

  • Full refund of pocket money.

GENERAL INFORMATION

​

  • Camp fees are quoted in Swiss francs; if a payment is made in a foreign currency, the exchange rate of the day of the transaction will be used. Any difference in favor of the payment will be credited, or, in the case of a shortfall, a further payment will be invoiced.

  • We accept payment made by bank transfer or American Express credit cards.

  • A place is reserved upon receipt of the application fee, then confirmed upon full payment. In accordance with our Financial Conditions, a single full payment is required for enrolments made after 1st April 2024.

  • Inquiries by telephone cannot guarantee a reservation.

  • Should you be visiting Switzerland, we would be delighted to show you around our campus in Crans-Montana.
