Leadership TRACK
Our Leadership Track for youth aged 12 to 15 focuses on holistic growth through three key pillars:

COMMUNICATION: Develop essential public speaking skills, master non-verbal communication, manage emotions effectively, and enhance interpersonal soft skills.

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE: Learn time management techniques, understand the fundamentals of nutrition, and practice mindfulness through stretching and meditation for mental and physical well-being.

OUTDOOR CHALLENGES: Build resilience and teamwork through exciting activities such as via ferrata, rafting, and team-building exercises in a dynamic outdoor setting.
This programme equips participants with the confidence and skills to thrive as leaders in all areas of life.

Afternoon Adventures
Two afternoons per week, enjoy a wide variety of challenging activities with friends of your age including
laser tag, multisports, surf, water activities and more.
Evening Activities
All our evenings are special, and we spend them together as a group. You will participate in our Interteam games, talent show, creative workshops, s'mores around the fire... and more!
Weekend Expedition
We are mountaineers at heart and can’t wait to show you around our alpine playground. You will spend your weekend taking part in an unforgettable expedition, making your way up to our beautiful mountains where we will sleep under the stars after a delightful traditional Swiss meal.
